Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If your product is not in stock, this time may differ. If this is the case you will always be notified with the new expected delivery time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The products or accessories that have been made especially for you with your own chosen colour print
CANNOT be returned. This because the product is handmade in different colours of your wish and can not be put back to stock. Items that are on sale is final and can not be refunded.

The products or accessories made in a standard colour embroidery can be returned. We will offer a full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros, at the price paid upon original purchase.

RETURN STEPS

  • -  Place the item(s) in the original shipping box

  • -  Tell us the reason of return in our ‘contact us’ page

  • -  Close the box and tape it securely

  • -  Post your parcel using any of your preferred shipping methods

  • -  Return shipment is at the customer’s cost
    We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advice using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.

EXCHANGES

Purchased items with a standard colour are exchangeable in any different size if available. Exchanges are only pro- cessed after receiving your returned products and are based on stock availability at that time. Exchanges shipped to you are free of charge.
If you are interested in a different product, please return your item(s) to us and simply let us know your preferred product and personal info in the Contact us page.
